One Project A Week (Week 1)

One of my new years resolutions was to do one project a week. Some of you will remember that from a while ago, the idea came from the fabulous Tara Whitney. Well I have made a resolution this year to continue with One Project a Week (OPAW), to get some of the small things done around our house. It is also a fun way to be creative and add little touches of me to our home :)
For this weeks project I wanted to paint these cute little star towel hangers for the boys room.

I bought the wooden stars from Michale's for $.99. I painted them with Making Memories paint and put the boys names on with Making Memories rub-ons. A super easy project to start the new year!! I just love how cute the boys bath towels look hanging in their room!!
