Project Life 2014: The catch up...
Project Life 2014 started off with a bang!
I was super pumped for documenting our life one week at a time, digitaly with lots of new digital kits I created and sold in my shop! I was super motivated & inspired to create new items and use them on my pages each week.
I kept at it for the first three months and then spring hit, and life got real. Three boys playing each playing 2 sports kicked my butt and my project life fell onto the back burner. I documented our lives through May 19 and pretty much gave up on the project. I was unmotivated now that I was so far behind.
Fast forward 6 months and I finally find that fire rekindled thanks to my iphone and three little apps! The Project Life App has been a game changer for me. As much as I am smitten with the world of digital scrapbooking my busy life style has led me to look for ways to create my Project Life pages on the go. With this handy little app I have been able to catch up with all but 4 weeks of my 2014 project life album! (I am finishing up the last 4 weeks as I type this...) In the project life app I put together my pages. I create the polaroid looking journaling cards with the help of the Collect Photo App! I am so in love with the clean look and the simple snippets of journaling below the photos. The cards from the collect photo app are what inspired me to create my polaroid templates early on in 2014! I tried to keep the same look of my title cards, and use the Rhonna Designs App to create a different one each week (title card how-to coming soon, on another blog post!)
Here is the rest of my 2014 Project Life pages (all created on my iphone):
I will most definitely be documenting my 2015 project life pages with this same simple style! I can keep up on the go and get our lives documented, one day at a time!!
