This weekend
This weekend we started to re-do our laundry room, adding another room of our house to the re-doing list. Remeber I posted oh about a year ago about how I wanted to re-do it...well it is finally really going to happen, I am exctied :) DH and I dusted and moved everything and he started painting, so today we are finishing up the shelving and walls behind the washer and dryer. We are getting a new washer and dryer on Wednesday (since our dryer died on us last week) so we thought this would be the perfect time to get the paining done....little did we know it would be so much work, lol!! Isn't it always!?
This is the color we decided on,
a more toned down yellow than what the room was before. You can see in the photo here the difference. The old yellow (on the left) is much much brighter, and oh so perfect to match the wallpaper staight out of the 70's :) Which by the way is leaving too :)
So that our plan for today, as well as a million other little things on the to do list.....hope everyone has a great Monday!!
